Transformers Advanced Screening!

Überbot was a host in the Transformers advanced screening last night with our good friends at the Orlando Weekly (thanks Lindsay!). We saw many of you out there and hope you enjoyed the movie. We all went into the Transformers movie prepared to be disappointed. Michael Bay movies aren’t a favorite for us. However, we walked away smiling and it seems many of you did the same.

I was about the same as you guys. I didn’t think it would be good but it was awesome!! I got chills! I wont say much since I dont want to spoil it but everyone should go see it.
Thanks for the ticket Uberbot! That free ticket night was mad crazy.

I honestly had a good time watching that movie. It was fairly mature and serious with it’s action but the movie overall was very, dare I say it - Funny! It had way more comedy than the cartoon yet it wasn’t a bad thing. It wasn’t cheesy comedy. It was fairly witty.
I really have to see it again. Sometimes you get swept up in watching a movie with a big crowd. I might watch it at home on Blu-ray and hate it. We’ll see.

Transformers was so awesome it made my socks go up and down - whatever that means. I’m definitely going to see it again, as it deserves a second look from not so close up front in the theatre - sit mid-way back in the seats to take full advantage of the amazing sound design and exciting shots of twisted metal on metal action!

I still can’t believe how incredibly sweet this movie is. For once, my childhood dreams weren’t crushed.
