There is a ton of good reading this week but we wanted to highlight the new release of the Absolute Watchmen Hardcover.  This oversized hardcover collection, packaged inside a beautifully designed slipcase, will be the cornerstone of any serious comic book collection. Happy Halloween!  I guess we should have posted a scarier book to highlight this week.  Thor is rather pretty so that does not really work.  However, Thor is a book we look forward to each month.  This is especially note worthy given the fact that Thor has always been one of our least favorite Marvel characters.  Now he is easily in our tops!  If you haven’t been reading it, be sure to pick up the first volume of the graphic novel.  And have a safe Halloween!!!  Boooooo!

New book day - Ghost Rider edition!!  We’re going to give Ghost Rider the official award for most underrated character in the Marvel Universe.  He looks pretty damned cool and the book has a history of amazing art.  Sure, Nicholas Cage almost ruined the whole thing but Ghost Rider will survive.  This week Ghost Rider Danny Ketch #1 will be released.  This book should be a great follow-up to the popular 90’s Ghost Rider series!!  Check it out!

New book day!  Yes, it is a day late due to labor day.  There are a few books we have to read this week.  We also noticed Boys #22 is out.  Number 22??  Wow, that book has been moving along.  We love Ennis and Robertson but we gave up on that one 15 issues ago.  Has it been good?  Should we catch up?  Curious.
